Susan (Sue) Jung is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and worked in the Ophthalmology Department at the London Health Sciences Center prior to returning to University to attain her MBA from the Ivey School of Business. She became a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2012 and joined Chris and his team that same year. Sue meets with clients in the London, Stratford, Chatham, Clinton and Goderich offices.
Sue grew up in rural Southwestern Ontario and has spent her adult life as a resident of London. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, the great outdoors and time spent with family and friends.
As a Licensed Insolvency Trustee at Welker and Associates, Jeff travels between the Kitchener, Cambridge, Brantford, Woodstock and Simcoe offices assisting individuals experiencing financial difficulties.
Jeff Penston joined Welker and Associates in 2007 and became a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2010. Prior to joining Welker and Associates, Jeff worked as a Credit Counsellor and Estate Manager. Jeff received a BA in Political Science with a Business Administration option in 2001 from Wilfred Laurier University.
Jeff, his wife, and his two young daughters are active in their local chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. When Jeff isn’t driving from one office to the next, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing the guitar and watching his daughters excel at their various after-school activities.

Chris Welker is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University where he obtained his degree in Economics. After graduating, Chris worked as a financial planner for Programmed Insurance Brokers in Elmira where he sold life insurance, investments and group health benefits plans. In 2001, Chris joined his father’s insolvency practice, Peter Welker Licensed Insolvency Trustee. In 2006, Chris decided it was time to step out on his own and founded Welker & Associates. Chris meets with clients in the Kitchener, Cambridge, Stratford and Guelph offices.
In the summer months you can find Chris teeing off on the golf course. In the winter, like many Canadians, he can be found at the hockey rink playing recreational hockey with “The Bankrupts”, a team sponsored by Welker & Associates. Chris and his wife have a son and a daughter.
