These days, more and more people are choosing to make consumer proposals in order to avoid filing personal bankruptcy. Therefore, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) announced this month that there will be a formal change in our professional designations as of April 1, 2016. “Licensed Bankruptcy Trustees” will be known as “Licensed Insolvency Trustees”. We will still provide all of the same services but the new name will make it clear to individuals that we provide a wide range of debt restructuring options, not just bankruptcies. The only change you will notice is our name. We will still be licensed with the same amount of training and experience to help you get a fresh financial start.
