Bankruptcy

All Canadians in debt should be thankful for the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act was designed to help people who are struggling with debt, and as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, I am thankful that I can use this legislation to help the people that I meet with. The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act also works with provincial legislation to protect many personal assets, including your car, furniture and RRSPs, which are often exempt from seizure by the Trustee.

We are fortunate in Canada to have legislation that allows an honest but unfortunate debtor to get a fresh start.

If you are struggling with debt don’t struggle alone. We can help you to overcome your personal financial issues through a variety of options.

We have many office locations to serve you and the initial consultation is free. Don't wait - call our office today. You will be thankful that you did.
